Redline SpecTune 760W ST · x5 controller · 12h photoperiod
Confirmed for this fixture: channel wattages (per the Flexstar datasheet) and Spectrum range/schedule (40–50% Red, same 3-phase recommendation as the 760W ST, per the rep). Still unconfirmed: PPFD, UV %, and Far-Red % below are carried over from the 760W ST as a starting scaffold, not yet verified for this specific wattage. Confirm those with Flexstar and a PAR meter before this goes into a real SOP.
Spectrum — selected week
— % Red
Spectrum is a single slider on the x5 controller — not independent White/Deep Red dials. Range confirmed 40–50% Red across the 760W ST, 1000W ST, and 1200W ST XL alike, per the rep. The 40/45/50 step-per-phase below is the rep's own recommendation (weeks 1–3 low, 4–6 mid, 7–9 high) — not an interpolation. She also noted a simpler flat-50% option works for the whole cycle, since that's the fixed-spectrum Redline line's factory setting.

UV
UV and Far-Red schedules are built as separate, addable entries on the x5 controller (tap + per session, each with its own start time, end time, and intensity) — the readouts panel lists each week's entries in that exact format to enter directly. Light intensity also has a 25% floor on this controller (not 0%).

Auto Dim / Auto Shutdown are suggested trigger points (a margin above this week's own lights-on target), not rep- or manual-specified values — the x5 ships with a flat 90°F/95°F default per the manual's example. Confirm against your canopy before relying on them.

Key operating rules
UV
Split into two daily sessions (~1.5h morning + ~1.5h afternoon) rather than one continuous block.
Mid-cycle only — never the first hour after lights-on or the last hour before lights-off.
Keep ambient temp under 84°F (29°C) whenever UV is active.
Pause 3–5 days after any defoliation pass, resume once recovered.
Stop entirely 5 days before harvest.
Far-Red
Running with the main spectrum triggers the Emerson effect — meaningfully boosts photosynthetic efficiency.
Cut starting week 7 — buds are bulking and no longer need the stretch signal.
Worth testing on your own genetics: some cultivars hold density fine with a low dose kept through weeks 7–8.
CO2 & EC
CO2 only useful while lights are on — shut off in sync with lights-off.
High PPFD without matching CO2 just wastes electricity — raise both together.
