04 Pot Checking Protocol Daily graph posting, full-check cadence, and red-flag rules

Daily Graph Posting

Fortino posts the morning room graph every day, at 1:30 AM and again at 9:00 AM.
9:00 AM graph — used to adjust the pots to match the graph.
1:30 AM graph — used to check for any overwatered pots.

9:00 AM — adjust pots to match

Full Pot Checking — 2×/week

Two full pot checks every week, spaced across the shift schedule. Ex. Fortino (Tue–Sun): full check Tuesday, then again Friday/Saturday.
Every full check, re-evaluate red-flag pots. Ex. after removing 1 dripper, a red-flag pot was back in the good range within a couple of days — confirm before clearing the flag.
Uneven pot weight across a table? Request a full check the same day — don't wait for the next scheduled check.
Heads up: Fortino's and Ramiro's stages need extra-careful checking — their stages tend to need a lot more full checks than the others.

06 Facility Rules Applies to everyone, every shift
·Keep every room clean — grow room, pesticide room, storage room, and tool room.
·Return tools to their place — don't leave them in the hallway at end of day.
·Return the pushing chart to the outside water room.
·Disconnect the water hose when you're done using it.
·Pot checking is a full inspection, not just your assigned task — if a table is uneven, flag it to the group for a full pot check.
·Don't place pots randomly while pot checking.
·Plant spacing goal: twice a week for weeks 1–3, then once a week for weeks 4–9.
·Net layers: 1st layer uses green net; 2nd–4th layer uses white net.
·Keep the hallway entrance door closed at all times — the one near the trailer area.
