How the schedule works排程运作原理

Day 8 is the target, not the deadline. Consistency is worth real money downstream — the trim room, Rob's machine schedule, and the aunties all plan around a Monday handoff. 第8天是目标，不是死线。一致性在下游意味着实实在在的效益——修剪房、Rob 的机器排期以及阿姨们都围绕周一交接安排工作。

Day 12 is the outer bound. Some batches will not be ready on Day 8, and forcing them down wet is worse than extending. Drying rate is the water load in the room against the capacity to remove it, and both vary: plant count, wet weight, leaf load, whether the room was wet-trimmed, how many dehumidifiers are running, whether AC control is holding. Most of that is knowable on Day 1其中大部分在第1天就可预知 Plant count, poundage, and leaf load are recorded at harvest. Dehumidifier count and AC status are known before the room is loaded. The target is a window, not a point目标是区间，而非单点 The Pre-Trim Cure downstream (1–3 days, moisture-driven) absorbs the remainder. The dry room needs to land inside the cure's entry window and hand off an accurate reading — not hit the final number. 下游预修剪熟化（1–3天，由含水量决定）会吸收剩余差异。干燥房只需落在熟化的入口区间内并准确传递读数，无需达到最终数值。

The outer bound landing on Friday is convenient: a Day 12 takedown means bucking Friday, cure across the weekend, machine trim Monday. The cure absorbs the weekend either way. 最终期限落在周五很合适：第12天下架意味着周五摘花、周末熟化、周一机器修剪。无论哪条路径，熟化都能吸收周末时间。

Extension holds Phase 2 conditions — it does not continue Phase 3延长期维持第2阶段条件——不是延续第3阶段 Phase 3 is a takedown-day hold; its job is to stop the flower drying while the crew works. Applying it to a batch that still needs to lose water stalls the dry and burns a day.   • Take pin meter readings. Probe through the bud shoulder toward the stem, pins fully sunk. Average 3–5 buds per point, across at least four positions. Second reading on a thin twig at each point. Readiness gate — Day 8 onward, run daily准备判定——第8天起，每日执行

One meter, and it is the reference只有一台水分仪，且它就是基准 The room runs a single dedicated FLIR MR40. No pin meter sold is calibrated for cannabis — they all read a wood scale — so the 11–12% band is this meter's number on this flower. Substituting another meter mid-cycle, even the same model, moves the band without telling you. Extension management — Days 9–12延长期管理——第9–12天

Every extension day: confirm the room is back at Phase 2 conditions, re-run the gate, and read the setpoint-versus-actual record. That record is the diagnosis. 每个延长日：确认房间已回到第2阶段条件，重新执行判定，并查看设定值与实际值的记录。该记录即为诊断依据。

Day 12 is a mandatory escalation, not an automatic takedown第12天为强制上报，而非自动下架 Standing policy is that flower does not come down until it is ready, so Day 12 does not force the batch down — it forces a decision. Run the full gate, escalate to the Lead and the Supervisor the same day, and record the decision with its probable cause: load size, dehumidification, AC, hang density. What gets weighed against readiness is mold risk, the room being needed for Monday's harvest, and a downstream schedule that has already slipped. Takedown feeds directly into Stage 1 of the Post-Processing SOP. 下架直接进入后处理 SOP 的第1阶段。

Flower goes straight to the trim room花直接进入修剪房 It does not sit in the buck room, a hallway, or on the dry room floor after take-down. Bucking happens in the trim room at 58–62°F / 55–60% RH — the buck room cannot hold that target, the trim room can. 下架后不得停留在摘花房、走廊或干燥房地面。摘花在修剪房进行，条件为 58–62°F / 55–60% RH——摘花房无法维持该目标，修剪房可以。
  • 27 gal tote, 6–7 lb max during cure. Do not begin bucking until the tote is full.27加仑周转箱，熟化期间最多 6–7 磅。周转箱装满前不要开始摘花。
  • Pass the takedown-day readings forward on the batch record. Rob judges cure length by moisture — the entry moisture is the starting point for that judgment, and he should not have to guess at it.将下架当天的读数写入批次记录并传递下去。Rob 依据含水量判断熟化时长——入口含水率是该判断的起点，不应让他靠猜测。

Troubleshooting故障排除
